2012 Florida Statewide Assessment Scores
Florida's assessment program is continuing its transition from the FCAT to the FCAT 2.0 and Florida End-of-Course (EOC) Assessments. This transition is necessary to align the statewide assessments with the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards - more rigorous curriculum standards that were adopted to help ensure students are being adequately prepared for college and today's competitive job market. For the first time, FCAT 2.0 Reading and Mathematics and Algebra 1 EOC Assessment scores are being reported by Achievement Levels on the new score scales. As statewide assessment results are available for the 2011-12 school year, they will be posted here.
