FCAT Lessons Learned: Data Analyses and Instructional Implications

FCAT Reading Lessons Learned: 2001–2005 Data Analyses and Instructional Implications and FCAT Mathematics Lessons Learned: 2001–2005 Data Analyses and Instructional Implications provide detailed analysis of student performance on FCAT Reading and FCAT Mathematics in Grades 3–10 from 2001–2005.

The Florida Department of Education convened a committee of educators to provide the sections related to observations about student performance and instructional implications.

These two volumes follow the Lessons Learned volume published in 2002. The original volume analyzed 1993–2000 data for FCAT Writing Grades 4, 8, and 10 and 1998–2000 data for FCAT Reading Grades 4, 8, and 10 and FCAT Mathematics Grades 5, 8, and 10.
